Mainstreaming of disability inclusion, participation, and partnerships
- [12 June 2020] The Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare would strengthen coordination with other ASEAN countries in helping vulnerable groups, including children, older persons, and persons with disabilities. Ministers of ASEAN countries would continue updating the COVID-19 situation and the impacts on vulnerable groups.
Continued access to goods and services
- [2 July 2020] The government has been working with UNICEF to provide support and protection for social workers, to continue their work and services for vulnerable children during the pandemic.

[26 June 2020] UNDP has collaborated with the Center of Communication and Education for Health (within the Ministry of Health), WHO and Lao Telecom to create a telephone information service regarding COVID-19 for persons with visual impairment.
