Continued access to goods and services

Accessible public information

  • [16 April 2020] Cambodian sign language interpreters of the Maryknoll Deaf Development Programme have provided interpretation in educational videos created by the Cambodian government. Additionally, in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs and WHO, sign language interpreters have helped to create a video that specifically addresses the needs of the deaf population.icon link

Social protection and employment support

  • [n.d.] In response to the pandemic, the government has launched a new monthly cash transfer programme for poor and vulnerable households.icon link
  • [1 June 2020] The Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts has mobilized an aid programme for the Music Association of the Disabled, including KHR1,220,000, 500 kg rice and other food items.icon link
