Continued access to goods and services

  • [18 April 2020] In Kanlykul District of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 422 unoccupied residents have been involved in public work such as agricultural projects and disinfection work. They have also been engaged in looking after lonely older persons, persons with disabilities and those in need.icon link
  • [14 April 2020] An online competition jointly organized by several ministries and agenciesicon link has been launched to find innovative tools and solutions for mitigating the consequences of COVID-19. The education theme involves distance learning for persons with disabilities.icon link
  • [24 April 2020] 2,809 unemployed citizens of Tashkent City have been involved in temporary paid public work. Among them, 207 people have been engaged in care work for older persons, persons with disabilities and others in need.icon link Similar public work has been conducted in several other regions.icon link
