ESCAP published a guidebook on disability indicators for the Incheon Strategy to "Make the Right Real” for Persons with Disabilities in Asia and the Pacific. As a technical reference to conceptual and methodological tools on the 62 indicators of the Incheon Strategy, this publication aims to guide data collection and generation of ESCAP member States which have committed to establishing baseline statistics on disability indicators by 2017, the midpoint of the Asian and Pacific Decade of Persons with Disabilities (2013-2022).
